Welcome! My name is Natalie Robbins and I am thrilled you are here. My hope for you is that you find what you need in order to take this next step on your journey. My mission is to provide a safe and brave space for everyone who seeks healing, growth and self-discovery. I believe that therapy is not just about working through challenges, it is also about uncovering your inner strength, embracing your story and moving forward with clarity and confidence.
For the last 30 years, it has been my privilege to work with thousands of folks from all walks of life, in various therapeutic and clinical settings. I spent the first 15 years of my career in adoption and foster care in New York City, followed by years within community-based programs, diverse, metropolitan schools and hospital based treatment, all while owning my own private psychotherapy practice.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I support folks along their journey toward peace, healing and connection. My work is deeply trauma-focused, ensuring that each person’s past experiences are acknowledged without retraumatization and that healing happens at a pace that honors your needs. I tailor my highly proficient approach to respect and validate each person’s unique story and offer an inviting, safe space to explore and develop a path toward personal and emotional growth by partnering with the vulnerable and brave parts of you.
I love to partner with individuals, couples and families in supporting growth toward authenticity and true Self connection and identity. Aside from my clinical practice, I offer learning opportunities for those interested in communicating without criticism and judgment; the Safe Conversations® way. And as a certified Equus Coach, I love to work with folks utilizing the “horse as partner” by bringing coaching tools for growth, personal development and transformation on the ground; in an arena, round pen or out in pasture.
Because I have a passionate desire to offer a wide-ranging toolbox to support your uniqueness, I continue to immerse myself in instruction and training. Upon completing my undergraduate studies at La Salle University, I earned my graduate degree from the Hunter College School of Social Work, where I deepened my understanding of clinical practice and the complexities of mental health. My commitment to lifelong learning has motivated me to regularly pursue additional training and certification so that each plan is exquisitely tailored and personal to you. I am queer identifying and BIPOC inclusive and dedicate my life to being in service of others.
For 10 years, I was an active member of the largest international women's organization dedicated to amplifying the power and wisdom within every woman and continue to do my own healing work in group and individual spaces. I am a graduate of Awakening Your Light Body and sit in a weekly Sacred Medicine Wheel meditation group with focus on awakening my spiritual awareness to heal myself, the planet and others. In my free time, I love sitting in nature, learning new things, being creative in the kitchen and traveling around the world. I am also mom to Brandon and my rescue pup Mya!

"It's impossible," said pride. "It's risky," said experience. "It's pointless," said reason. "Give it a try," whispered the HEART." ~Unknown
